Terms of Service

AI4Everyone · Last updated 4 September 2026

Draft. Written to be accurate about how the service currently works, not reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed before you rely on it commercially.

These terms cover the AI4Everyone platform and the products built on it: Video, Social, and Product Reviewer. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at support@ai4everyone.dev if you believe it has been used without your permission. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the products generate for you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store your content, process it, and deliver it to the third-party services you have connected. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account such as YouTube or Instagram, you authorise us to act on that service on your behalf, and only as you direct. You remain bound by that service's own terms, and you are responsible for the content published to it through us. You can disconnect at any time from within the product, and revoke our access from the provider directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Automated and AI-generated output

These products generate content and take actions automatically. Output can be wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published or acted on. Where a product publishes on your behalf, it does so only after you have explicitly approved that specific action. Do not use the output as professional advice.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a service-level commitment. It is under active development, and features may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of a change that removes something you rely on, where we can.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by a third-party service or by law. Where we can do so reasonably, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to export your content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will say so here and update the date above before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
